As an NBA fan looking to catch every LA Clippers game, I’ve discovered several ways to watch their matchups online without a cable subscription. Through my experience following the team’s playoff runs and regular season games in recent years, I’ve learned all the best streaming options to never miss a moment of Clippers basketball.

In a hurry? You can catch the Clippers live, online, without cable using the following popular streaming providers:

Fubo
Fubo

Known for its outstanding sports coverage, Fubo’s 150+ live TV channels provide a broad selection that appeals to most people. Fubo allows you to try out its service with a free trial.

DIRECTV STREAM
DIRECTV STREAM

The king of RSNs, this is the streaming service for MLB, NBA, and NHL fans with its Choice Plan. New customers get a 5-day free trial with DIRECTV STREAM.

If you can’t watch your favorite sports because of your location, get ExpressVPN to access the content you deserve.

Note for viewing from : streaming platforms like Fubo or Sling TV limit access to US viewers, but combining your existing subscription with a VPN enables streaming from anywhere in the world.

ExpressVPN is my #1 choice because it’s easy to set up, super reliable, and works perfectly with these streaming services. You get access to US content through their servers in 25+ US cities, plus 3 free months and a 30-day refund if you’re not happy.

You’ll have access to local platforms as if you were in the country, as well as access to services like BBC iPlayer as if you were in the UK, CBC Gem as if you were in Canada, plus hundreds more worldwide.

Who Are the Los Angeles Clippers?

The LA Clippers are one of two teams that have found a home in Los Angeles. Both currently share space at the Crypto.com arena (previously the Staples Center), but the Clippers are planning to move into their own home – the Inuit Dome, in Inglewood – by 2024.

The LA Clippers started in Buffalo in 1970, before moving to San Diego in 1978, and then eventually to LA in the 80s. The relocation to Los Angeles was done without NBA approval, and the team spent the next three years fighting to stay there.

Streaming Clippers games is a cheap and simple alternative to watching the team on cable. And it’s easy to watch NBA games online (and legally) without cable.

What TV Channels Offer the LA Clippers Games?

Local fans can watch the LA Clippers live on Bally Sports SoCal, which is where the majority of the team’s games air.

Bally Sports SoCal is a regional channel, so you need to live within its broadcast area to receive it live. Those outside this area can get the same games with NBA League Pass.

Both Bally Sports SoCal and NBA League Pass are available through Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM.

A number of LA Clippers games stream on nationally broadcast channels: ESPN, TNT, and NBA TV. This year, 22 games will be shown across these three channels:

  • ESPN — 6 games
  • NBA TV — 10 games
  • TNT — 6 games

How to Watch the LA Clippers Game Today Online Without Cable

For the LA Clippers live stream, there are only two services available that provide Bally Sports SoCal: Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM. Both offer ABC, ESPN, and NBA TV, though only DIRECTV STREAM offers TNT.

For most people, streaming isn’t hard once they choose the service they want. And these two services both offer a free trial so you can sample each before paying for anything.

Once you’re signed up to one, you just connect through the device of your choice and you’re ready to stream LA Clippers games. You can stream on several types of devices, including Apple TV, Chromecast, smart TVs, mobile devices, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and more.

Our Choice

If you’re looking to catch every LA Clippers game without the hassle of cable, Fubo is hands down the best option. It’s got all the key channels – Bally Sports SoCal for local games and ESPN for the big matchups – plus over 150 others to keep things interesting. The streaming quality is rock solid, and the layout is simple enough that you’re not wasting time clicking around. Sure, DIRECTV STREAM offers similar coverage, but Fubo edges it out with a bigger channel lineup and better bang for your buck. For Clippers fans who just want an easy, reliable way to watch their team, Fubo nails it.
