With three Super Bowl victories in recent years (2019, 2022, and 2023) everyone wants to watch the Kansas City Chiefs – local or not. I always watch at least one Chiefs matchup: here are four ways I know to stream out-of-market Kansas City Chiefs games online.
In a hurry? There are several options to watch the Chiefs’ out-of-market games on Sunday, besides the NFL Sunday Ticket.
- ExpressVPN: Get the games you want to watch no matter where you are with private browsing and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Fubo: Watch all local and primetime games as well as all the action Sunday afternoon with NFL RedZone. Sign up for a free trial!
- NFL Sunday Ticket: Available through YouTube and YouTube TV.
- DAZN Canada is streaming every NFL game live, which means preseason, regular games, playoff games, and of course the Super Bowl.

How to Stream Out-of-Market Kansas City Chiefs Games
Most Kansas City Chiefs games air on CBS, NBC, and ESPN, with the occasional matchup on Fox or standalone streaming services. Since most of those are local networks, you need to be within the Kansas City region to get the right affiliate of that channel. If you’re not, you’re what’s called “out-of-market.”
But you can still watch Kansas City Chiefs games. Having never lived in Kansas myself, here are all the ways I’ve found out-of-market viewers can use to watch Kansas City Chiefs games:
- NFL Sunday Ticket: The official resource for watching all in-market and out-of-market games is YouTube TV with its NFL Sunday Ticket. Sunday Ticket provides every out-of-market game and costs $479 alone or $379 as an add-on with YouTube TV ($82.99/month). See our full NFL Sunday Ticket guide.
- NFL+ Premium: Less expensive than the NFL Sunday Ticket ($14.99/month or $99.99 for the season), the NFL+ Premium option allows fans to stream replays of all NFL games (including the Super Bowl) on any device. You can also watch all in-market live games on a mobile, plus out-of-market preseason live games on supported devices. Check out our complete NFL+ review.
- NFL RedZone: This doesn’t let you watch entire games, but it does show highlights from all live NFL games simultaneously. This is available (or can be added as a fairly inexpensive extra) through most streaming services. Read our out-of-market NFL RedZone guide for details.
- VPN: I like combining a VPN with a live TV streaming service, such as Fubo, DIRECTV STREAM, or Hulu + Live TV, as you can then watch games from anywhere (as long as your streaming service carries the necessary channel). Find out how in our full NFL out-of-market VPN guide.
NFL Game Pass International is a great option for football fans outside the US. Check out our review for all the details.

Our Choice
Out-of-market Kansas City Chiefs fans can watch every game from anywhere in the US with NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV. For a less expensive option, I suggest NFL RedZone through a lower-cost streaming service (like Sling TV or Fubo), or you can use a reputable VPN (like Express VPN) if you’re already subscribed to a TV streaming service.
