About the Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders play their home games at Allegiant Stadium. They finished the 2023 season with an 8-9 record, which was good for second in the AFC West. Although it was not good enough to make the playoffs, the team did make some important strides during the season that should give the team some hope this year.

Head coach Antonio Pierce took over the team midway through the 2023 campaign and had the interim tag removed in January.

The Raiders haven’t had much success in the playoffs during the 21st century making only two appearances since 2003. However, the team does have three Super Bowl titles to its credit with the last coming in 1983. They also won the AFC in 2002 and lost to Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl to conclude the season.

The Raider franchise has a number of great players from its days in Los Angeles and Oakland. A few of those players include end Howie Long, running back Marcus Allen and running back Bo Jackson. The Chiefs and Broncos are among the team’s top rivals with the Las Angeles Chargers also a rival because they share a division.
