World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
The WWE is the biggest, longest-running wrestling promotion in the world, with its roots going all the way back to 1953. Its flagship show Monday Night RAW is the longest-running weekly episodic show in the US, running since 1993, and Friday Night SmackDown! has been running almost as long (since 1999).
Top WWE Superstars include: Natalya, World Champion Roman Reigns, Edge, Riddle, Drew McIntyre, Bayley, Carmella, and Gunther.
Here’s a breakdown of WWE programs and where you can watch:
- Monday Night RAW: The first live-broadcast wrestling show of its kind, RAW has been a fixture for WWE fans since before it was WWE. Triple H, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, Goldberg, Booker T, and Shawn Michaels have all been RAW performers. RAW airs weekly at 8 pm Eastern on USA Network.
- Friday Night SmackDown!: Originally created to go toe-to-toe with arch-rival WCW’s Thunder program, SmackDown! has featured Batista, Big Show, Kurt Angle, Edge, The Undertaker, John Cena, and Torrie Wilson (among many others). SmackDown! airs weekly at 8 pm Eastern on FOX.
- WWE NXT: The WWE’s “developmental brand,” NXT is a proving ground for the next generation of WWE Superstars. NXT airs weekly at 8 pm Eastern on Tuesdays on USA Network.

All Elite Wrestling (AEW)
Move over, WWE – there’s a new promotion in town. Though only launched in 2019, AEW has been stealing quite a lot of WWE’s thunder. Its big series are Dynamite and Rampage.
A few of AEW’s featured current wrestlers include: Red Velvet, Jon Moxley, Jade Cargill, Bryan Danielson, Danhausen, Thunder Rosa, Kris Statlander, and the tag-team bro duo The Young Bucks.
Here’s how to stream AEW’s shows:
- AEW Dynamite: AEW’s answer to RAW, Dynamite “attracts the youngest wrestling audience on television.” Dynamite airs every Wednesday at 8 pm Eastern on TBS.
- AEW Rampage: Dynamite’s “fight-forward” younger sib. Rampage airs every Friday at 10 pm Eastern on TNT.
TNT and TBS are both included in either Sling Blue and Sling Orange. For more information, please take a look at our guide to watching AEW on Sling.
