The Pinty’s Series
The CASCAR Cup Series was established in 1981 and in 2006. NASCAR purchased it and rebranded it to NASCAR Pinty’s Series. The races have always taken place in Canada, except in 2018 when the race took place in the United States.
Canadian Tire sponsored the series from 2006 to 2015. In 2015, Pinty’s Delicious Foods Inc signed a 6-year contract to sponsor the series from 2016. The Pinty’s Series has the most diverse drivers of all the NASCAR races.
Other experienced Canadian drivers race part-time while having full-time careers and others who are committed contenders for the championship. The series also has a number of female drivers competing in the races like the years 2011 and 2019. There have also been some American drivers who have participated in the series to gain experience with NASCAR engine specification guidelines.
The racing cars have competition and safety modifications just like NASCAR’s stock cars. The race mostly occurs on oval courses and some on road courses and street circuits. The last couple of years have featured dirt races.
Streaming Pinty’s Series Races
There are not a lot of options to watch the Pinty’s Series races live. In the US, you can watch on FloRacing and in Canada on TSN.
FloRacing
FloRacing is one of the subchannels under FloSports that focuses on motorsports. FloSports in general allows you to watch sports that will not likely air on ESPN. It features 23 different sports and airs them all live. With a premium subscription, you can also watch replays of events.
