MAVTV is the primary television home of most racing leagues that are not affiliated with NASCAR. For example, it broadcasts a number of events that are sponsored by the United States Auto Club (USAC). The USAC is affiliated with racing leagues such as the AMSOIL National Sprint Car tour, the Honda National Midget Car Championship, and the Silver Crown Series.

This channel also showcases major motorcycle and boat races that take place in the United States and throughout the world. Examples of these events include the British Motocross Championship, the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, and the Lucas Oil Drag Boat Racing Series. Since 2019, MAVTV has broadcast 11 of the 12 annual ARCA races.

MAVTV typically focuses on motorcycle, boat, and car races that take place throughout the world each year.
