Natalie Mootz is Head of Content Strategy and Sr Editor at HotDog who mentors editors and writers as well as ensuring that our content meets the high bar that comes with creating the most useful streaming information on the web. She focuses on sports and behind-the-scenes research.

Natalie has a BA in Communications from Florida State University. Since then, she has worked in marketing for Fortune 500 companies like the Los Angeles Times, Boeing, Toshiba, and Citibank.

Natalie has been writing about streaming and other technology topics for over 15 years with articles featured on Engadget, Laptopmag.com, Digital.com, Tom’s Guide, and About.com.

She has always been interested in geekery. She was a gamer and a blogger before those terms even existed. Throughout her career, she’s written about technology and its intersection with entertainment.

Natalie started streaming with Netflix in 2014 and then eagerly adopted new streaming services as they appeared.

She lives in Southern California with her husband, two cats, and a banjo. In her spare time, Natalie writes novels.
