How to Watch the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway

Last Updated:

Championship Weekend is here at the Phoenix Raceway! The NASCAR Cup Series Championship will take place over the whole weekend, with the final race on Sunday afternoon. Read on to get complete information!

In a hurry? The Cup Series Championship will air on NBC, with qualifying on USA Network. Watch both with Sling TV.

The race results are in: Ryan Blaney won last week’s Xfinity 500 NASCAR Cup Series playoff race. This puts him into the Championship 4 contenders (which race clinched the Championship spot, car make/model, racing team):

  • Ryan Blaney (Charlotte, Ford Mustang, Team Penske)
  • Christopher Bell (Homestead Miami, Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing)
  • Kyle Larson (Las Vegas, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, Hendrick Motorsports)
  • William Byron (Charlotte, Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, Hendrick Motorsports)

Larson is the only former NASCAR Cup Series champion — two seasons ago in 2021. Bell was 3rd last time. And the other two drivers have already set personal records this year. Byron’s previous best was 6th in 2022 and Blaney twice made 7th in 2019 and 2021.
