Overview of Seattle Sea Dragons

Seattle is back with an extra “Sea” in their name and new head coach Jim Haslett. They are also moving from CenturyLink Field to Lumen Field for home games, which they will share with the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC. But change is good — especially given their poor 1-4 finish in the COVID-19 pandemic-abbreviated 2020 season.

The Sea Dragons have acquired some serious talent this season — largely from former NFL free agents (also from NCAA football). At quarterback, they have Ben DiNucci and Steven Montez. Scottie Phillips is onboard as running back. Wide receivers include Josh Gordon, Blake Jackson, and Damion Willis. And on the line, they have XFL veteran Tejan Koroma.

On the other side of the ball, the Sea Dragons feature linebackers like Cincinnati Bengals veteran Jordan Evans, Tuzar Skipper, and Emmanuel Smith. In the backfield, they feature safeties Antoine Brooks and Alijah Holder and cornerbacks Chris Jones and Kareem Orr. And the offensive line includes PJ Hall, Treyvon Hester, and Shareef Miller.

Of course, many other players showed up in January for training camp. We are certain there will be standout players we haven’t mentioned!
