How Can I Watch the New York Giants Today?
Use our guide to find out when and where the Giants are playing next.
To watch every New York Giants football game throughout the 2024 NFL regular season, you’ll need at least six outlets:
You may be able to get the local channels (Fox, CBS, NBC, and ABC) for free using a digital antenna, though many streaming services offer these in most areas. You’ll need NFL Network and ESPN (if you can’t get ABC) to watch every Giants game — both are available nationwide through streaming services.
While six channels may seem like a lot, most games air on Fox so you can watch almost half of the Giants’ season with that one channel alone. The distribution of games across networks is shown here:
| Channel | Games | |
| Fox | 8 | |
| CBS | 3 | |
| NBC | 1 | |
| ESPN/ABC/ESPN+ | 1 | |
| NFL Network | 1 | |
| Prime Video | 1 | |
| TBD‡ | 2 |
The first two New York Giants preseason games will only air on local television, or NFL+ for those out of market. The third game, against the New York Jets, will be broadcast on NFL Network.
Local channels and NFL Network can be streamed without cable using the services below. NFL+ is a standalone service and is the best choice for out-of-market NFL fans.
To watch New York Giants games without cable, you’ll need a streaming service that carries all the necessary channels. We recommend Fubo, DIRECTV, or Hulu + Live to NFL fans, as these provide everything needed to watch football plus plenty of other channels and a free cloud-based DVR.
Once you sign up to a service, you can download its app onto your streaming device, connect to the internet, and choose what you want to watch — just like cable.
Most streaming services come with an app (available within the device’s app store) or installation instructions for almost every kind of device available. These include Apple TV, internet browsers, Roku, Chromecast, mobile devices (iOS and Android), Amazon Fire TV, or even your gaming console (Playstation, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch).
See our detailed reviews of each service (linked below) for complete lists of all the devices you can use them with.
The streaming services that include every New York Giants channel for the 2024-25 NFL regular season is below. (Note that Thursday Night Football streams exclusively on Prime Video — the Giants play once at this time slot, on September 26th.) All these services offer free trials and no contracts, so you can try them risk-free.

After comparing several streaming options, I found that Fubo stands out as the best choice for watching New York Giants games. Its comprehensive channel lineup includes all the key networks needed for NFL coverage—like Fox, CBS, NBC, and NFL Network—along with a reliable DVR and smooth streaming quality. Fubo offers a more extensive sports focus, making it ideal for fans who want more than just NFL content. The user-friendly interface and wide device compatibility also make it a breeze to watch on your preferred screen. Plus, if you’re on a budget, Fubo’s value is tough to beat considering the extra sports channels and free trial. It’s a great pick for Giants fans who want it all without cable.
The oldest surviving team to join the NFL, the New York Giants played their first season in 1925 — making this year their 100th season. They’ve had six home fields during that time, but have been based at MetLife Stadium since 2010.
The Giants have not had much success since a 9-7 record in 2011 led to a surprising Super Bowl win, having only posted one regular-season double-digit win total since then (in 2016). The Giants have made playoff appearances just twice since that last Super Bowl achievement — in 2016 and 2022 — earning a lone postseason win with a 31-24 victory over the Vikings in 2022’s wild-card round.
While this shows the Giants have been mediocre for a long time, will that start to change in 2024? It’s possible, but few expect a strong push forward this coming season, with smaller steps more likely.
Head coach Brian Daboll will lead the way, whose first year in East Rutherford resulted in a surprising 9-7-1 season and playoff appearance, followed by a disappointing 6-11 campaign a year ago.
Much of the on-field focus will be on quarterback Daniel Jones. He is now in his sixth season with the Giants and has started 11 or more games in each of those years, except last year when neck and knee injuries reduced his number of starts and appearances to just six.
Jones made it to the first day of the Giants training camp though, suggesting his offseason recovery has gone well. Whether he’ll make it to the team’s first kickoff is still to be seen.
A couple of new players who may help him and the team succeed in 2024 are running back Devin Singletary, who most recently played with the Texans after leaving Buffalo (2019-22) (where he also had Daboll as his offensive coordinator during his first three seasons) and wide receiver Malik Nabers, who was drafted sixth overall from LSU.
It may be the defense that pushes the Giants forward this year though. Not only was it slightly better than the offense last year — sixth from the bottom of the league in yards per game, versus the offense’s fourth from the bottom — but it also has some impressive new signings. One on the coaching staff, in defensive coordinator Shane Bowen, and another on the field, in defensive end Brian Burns, a solid pass rusher.
The special teams should be in good hands with kicker Graham Gano and punter Jamie Gillan.
