Our Choice

If you’re like me and mainly want Heroes & Icons for classic shows, Frndly TV is the way to go. I checked out all the options – Sling, DIRECTV, even Philo – and Frndly just makes sense. Their picture quality is solid, never had any buffering issues, and their channel lineup has exactly what I’m looking for without a ton of extra fluff I won’t watch. The other guys just couldn’t compete – DIRECTV was way too pricey, and while Sling was cheaper, the extra fees for the channel pack added up. Frndly keeps it simple and affordable, which is perfect for folks who just want to enjoy some good old-fashioned TV.

FAQs

What happened to the H&I channel?

The H&I channel disappeared from over-the-air antenna television in certain regions due to a change in broadcast frequencies as part of the FCC’s spectrum repack initiative. As a result, the channel’s number may change for viewers who are using an OTA antenna. However, this can be solved by doing a rescan.
