How to Watch Out-of-Market Chicago Bears Games in 2025

Growing up in Chicago, I can tell you our football fans are legendary. But when away from Chicago, finding Bears games on my TV every Sunday afternoon used to be challenging. I’m thankful to have discovered several ways to continue catching all the action — here’s how.

In a hurry? Out-of-market NFL fans have a few key options for all the Sunday games:

  • ExpressVPN: Get the games you want to watch no matter where you are with private browsing and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Fubo: Watch all local and primetime games as well as all the action Sunday afternoon with NFL RedZone. Sign up for a free trial!
  • NFL Sunday Ticket: Available through YouTube and YouTube TV.

  • DAZN Canada is streaming every NFL game live, which means preseason, regular games, playoff games, and of course the Super Bowl.
  • ExpressVPN: Get the games you deserve while securing your privacy. Comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • NFL Game Pass: Watch any game live for NFL fans outside the US.

How Can I Stream Out-of-Market Chicago Bears Games?

Most Chicago Bears games air on Fox and CBS (Paramount+), with some also appearing on ABC, NBC (Peacock), and NFL Network. Many of these rely on local affiliate stations, so fans outside of Chicago won’t get coverage even if they have their local versions of these networks.

Instead, I’ve found the following ways out-of-market Chicago Bears fans can use to watch Bears games:

  • NFL Sunday Ticket: This option provides every out-of-market game if you’re still within the US (but not Chicago). Available directly from YouTube for $479 or as an add-on with a YouTube TV subscription for $379 ($72.99/month).
  • NFL+ Premium: At $14.99/mo, this service may seem like the perfect solution for on-demand access to out-of-market games — but it only offers game highlights, live audio, or replays for out-of-market games. It also comes with NFL RedZone, one of my favorite ways to watch out-of-market game footage. (Read our complete NFL+ review.)
  • NFL RedZone: While this service doesn’t let you watch entire out-of-market games, it provides highlights and touchdowns from every Sunday afternoon game that’s on — so it’s like watching them all at once. (See our NFL RedZone Out-of-Market guide for more details.)
  • VPN: Another way to circumvent regional programming is for fans to seem local — even if, in reality, you’re thousands of miles away. VPNs can route online information through different regions so your streaming service thinks you’re in Chicago and offers you the Bears’ local channels; while not a direct solution for watching football (you’ll still need a subscription to a streaming provider), it’s effective at watching from anywhere. (Find out more in our Out-of-Market NFL VPN Guide.)

NFL fans outside the US can watch every match — from preseason games to regular and playoff games — with NFL Game Pass International.

Our Choice

The easiest way for Chicago Bears fans to watch every out-of-market game is with NFL Sunday Ticket (through YouTube). I find this quite an expensive option though, so if you don’t mind not being able to watch the entire game, I recommend getting NFL RedZone through a full streaming platform like Sling TV or Fubo.
