The Spanish Grand Prix is one of the oldest races held in the Formula 1 circuit having first been held in 1913. Formula 1 AWS Gran Premio de Espana 2023 will be the 63rd edition of the Spanish Grand Prix. The race will be held at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya having previously been held in various venues. The track is a 2.9 mile long race track with the drivers racing for 66 laps. The race was first held in Catalunya in 1991.

Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher are the drivers with the most wins in the Spanish Grand Prix with 6 victories. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen won the 2022 F1 Spanish GP to make it two wins in the Spanish GP. Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez finished second with Mercedes’ George Russell finishing third in the race to complete the podium places.
