Marquette Women’s Basketball

While the men’s team plays at Fiserv Forum, the Women’s Marquette Basketball team plays their home games at the Al McGuire Center, which has a maximum seating capacity of 4,000.

While the women’s team boasts a .556 winning percentage at 735-587, they have never made it past the second round of the NCAA Tournament in March. Still, they boast a long track record of Tournament appearances, recording spots in the Big Dance in 13 different years, with the most recent in 2021. And this season they are ranking just outside the top 25 teams.

Head coach Carolyn Kieger leads The Golden Eagles, and she has accumulated a remarkable 64-23 overall record, good for a .736 winning percentage. What is most shocking, however, is her marks in conference play, where she is an incredible 40-15 or .727 in the Big East.

Jordan King and Chloe Marotta are two leading Eagles from the 2022-23 team.
